I have over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and organisations through difficult conversations, personal challenges, and workplace conflict. Based in Slough, I offer confidential therapy and mediation both in person and online across the UK.
Answers to some of the questions people often ask before starting therapy or mediation.
I offer secure video sessions using a private link sent before your appointment. Online sessions are the same length as in-person sessions and provide the same level of confidentiality and support. Many people find online therapy just as effective and more convenient.
I offer therapy and mediation in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. Being able to speak in your preferred language can make it easier to express thoughts and emotions openly during sessions.
This depends on what you would like support with. Some people benefit from a small number of focused sessions, while others prefer longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns and experiences. We can discuss what feels right for you during the first session.
Yes. Confidentiality is a core part of therapy and mediation. The only exceptions involve serious safeguarding concerns where there may be a risk of harm to yourself or others. If this ever became relevant, I would always discuss it with you first.
Workplace mediation usually begins with individual conversations to understand each person's perspective. Joint sessions can then help people communicate more effectively, resolve misunderstandings, and agree on practical ways to move forward. The goal is to resolve issues constructively without formal procedures where possible.
Couples therapy can help partners understand each other more clearly, improve communication, and work through conflict in a safe environment. Whether you are looking to strengthen your relationship or work through a difficult period, sessions provide a structured space for both perspectives to be heard.
If you're considering therapy or mediation and would like to ask a question or arrange a first session, you're welcome to get in touch.
